Feature-wise, compared to the full version, the Lite version has:

Mono color, no dispersion
Single layer
Single paper material

and is good for

Calligraphy
Graphic (e.g. logo, tatoo) design

Comic-like artwork

Min requirement is integrated GPU Intel HD3000. Of course, if you have a modern discrete graphics card, things would run even better.
